The rewards of being a railfan

Despite some high winds, we had some terrific weather Sunday, so we took a drive out to Dogtown where we like to stop under the trestle because trains pass by there every thirty to sixty minutes (or more frequently).

We often go at night, only because that's when we have time to go, but I've always said if I got the opportunity to shoot a train in the daylight, I would. So I did.

Due to the high winds, the audio was nothing but white noise, so I dropped it. The beginning is shaky because it took me that long to realize I should hold my phone with both hands in the wind.
