I don't usually like to toot my own horn when it comes to things like my birthday, but I figured what the hell. So for no other reason than I can, here are people with whom I share this day.

In addition, I was born on Super Bowl Sunday (IX to be exact). The Steelers beat the Vikings 16-6. Unfortunately, it was also a year ago today the devastating earthquake hit Haiti, killings hundreds of thousands of people. In 1991, the U.S. Congress authorized the use of military force to drive Iraq out of Kuwait, thus launching the first Gulf War. In 1932, Hattie W. Caraway became the first woman elected to the United States Senate. I'm sure more stuff has happened, but I doubt you've read this far anyway.
