On updates and other musings

So the site has a new look. How do you like it so far? There's still some tweaking to do, but it's done for the time being. And it wasn't that I didn't like the old site so much as I wanted something a little leaner and a little cleaner. Frankly the background of the old site made me think of strawberries, and I'm not a huge fan of strawberries. Also, the old color started looking too pink for my tastes, so I wanted to go with something a little deeper and darker.   Read More →

Gettin' a little loopy

I just started playing around with Fruity Loops Studio, which to me is just about the dumbest name any software program can have, but I have to say it's about the coolest thing ever. It reminds me a lot of Cakewalk, which I used to use about fifteen years ago, but much more feature-rich if a bit more bloated.   Read More →
